9月24－25日，由 IEEE Communications Society、 IEEE Engineering Management Society和国家自然基金委等单位主办，武汉大学承办的International Conference on Engineering Management, Services Management and Knowledge Management (EMS 2007) 在上海召开。来自20余个国家的300多名学者参加了会议，交流了当前工程管理、服务管理与知识管理领域的最新进展，讨论了相关的热点问题。
永利集团官网管文学院赵文会博士应邀参加了会议，作了题为“Analysis of the Effects of the Initial Emission Permits Allocation on Market Power”的学术报告，引起了与会学者的广泛关注，她介绍了我国排污权市场的发展情况，并回答了有关专家提出的问题。报告论文已入选本次年会论文集，并将被IEEE Xplore和EI全文检索。
